The course will provide techniques and strategies on how to take effective depositions and utilizing those depositions to achieve overall victory in your case.  The strategies and techniques do not only address the actual taking of the deposition, but the preparation for the deposition and use of the deposition after it is completed.


This program has been tentatively approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.2 hours of total CLE credit.
